Dr. Fynn received her Bachelor of Science degree in 1999, at the University of Ghana, Ghana, West Africa and medical training at University of Ghana Medical School, where she received her MBchB (MD) in 2003. She completed her internship, residency (2009) and Fellowhip (2011) training at Howard University Hospital Washington DC.

Dr. Kwame S. Ntim was previously with the University of Florida College of Medicine under the Division of Endocrinology as an Assistant Professor. During his time there he served as the Thyroid clinic director at the Malcom Randal VA Health Care Center in Gainesville Florida.
Dr. Ntim is a member of Endocrine Society, American Thyroid Association(ATA), and Amercan Association of Clinical Endocrinologist(AACE) and American College of Physician( ACP).
